Butternut Pumpkin and Basil Soup

I made this from scratch! So proud.

Half a butternut pumpkin, cut into cubes with the skin removed
A hand full of basil leaves
Half a litre of water
Salt, Oregano & Garlic to taste

Boil pumpkin with basil until pumpkin is soft, mash it with whisk till smooth then add salt, oregano and garlic. Serve with crusty bread.
