snack time!
So a bit late for a midnight snack. But none the less its delicious.
Avocado Melt!
Recipe you ask?
Half an avocado
Ripe tomato
Vegan cheese (regular will do too)
Bread of your choice, lightly toasted
Salt
Pepper
Spread avocado on toast, then pile on tomato then cheese. Toast till melted then add salt and pepper to taste.
Easy!
