snack time!




So a bit late for a midnight snack. But none the less its delicious.

Avocado Melt!

Recipe you ask?

  • Half an avocado
  • Ripe tomato
  • Vegan cheese (regular will do too)
  • Bread of your choice, lightly toasted
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Spread avocado on toast, then pile on tomato then cheese. Toast till melted then add salt and pepper to taste.

Easy!
